The hotel is stylish and clean with competent and especially helpful staff. The location is comfortable and close to a train station. There's Beer Bar France with nice shots close to the venue. Offers very good service and local food. Stay here and enjoy your Kyoto trip.

Good standard place with incredibly welcoming staff. Location - marvellous really close to all the markets, bars, restaurants as well as the main Kyoto city area. Plus, walking distance to Kounji Temple.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was very comfortable and fairly clean. They gave me compact and new-fashioned room with tatami mats, the shower, for example. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a plus. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars. The stay was very special.
